- The site goes live and full ownership of the store transfers to the customer once payment has cleared.
- Shopify's plan is separate: from around £30/month depending on the plan the customer chooses, paid by them directly to Shopify. We never mark it up and never handle it.
- Domains at cost: any domain we buy on the customer's behalf is transferred into their ownership and charged at exactly what it cost us — no markup — on top of the package fee. Email setup on their domain is included where the package says so.
- No monthly fees to us — ever. Extras are always quoted first, never a surprise bill.
